I have been a customer of sullivan-parkhill for four years now and I have loved their services. I had been thinking about trading my car in for quite some time but I never knew where or how to start. When I got there, I spoke with Andrew and he asked what I was looking for, how much a month I wanted to pay, and how much I wanted to put down, then set me up with Carol to look at some options. Carol was so friendly and kind and didn't make me feel pressured into making a decision. After taking a test drive and good conversation, I decided on a car and they got to work. Andrew took the time and put forth all his efforts and found me a lender that met ALL my needs. I ended up signing at the dotted line and was VERY happy with the service I got from them. Driving to Champaign from Chicago to visit family my low tire inflation warning light appeared for all 4 tires, one sudden cool day can cause that , luckily it was not a huge change in pressure but enough to be concerned about. I’ve never been to Sullivan Parkhill , I called and asked if I need an appt , Joe the service manager said no , just come in and we will check the tire pressure and recalibrate it. Joe and Mike another service person were gracious and welcoming, it’s apparent they love their vocation. I highly recommend the dealership
